The Lazy J is an OLD
GEEZER place located at Vienna. That's Vienna, Texas. Do not confuse
this Vienna with the other one and don't expect to hear any Strauss
Waltzes on the juke box. Maybe a little Strait or Jones or Joe Patek,
but definitely no Blue Danube.
Margret Smith is the
owner and, as she says, the Lazy J is open always. but a good time is
in the afternoons and evenings. "How do I get there?" you ask. There
are several ways but the easiest is to take highway 90 A east from
Hallettsville and just out of town turn right on FM 530 and keep
going til you get there. The Lazy J will be on the right. If you are
