What are these people doing, I mean besides the obvious? Well I'm glad you asked because this is a Great Day! This is Dedication Day of the Old Geezers's Shiner Beautification Brick. Yes indeed, old geezer lovers, the Old Geezers have their own brick in the Shiner Walk of Fame. This brick is dedicated to all old geezers, wherever they are and especially those who have never received the proper recognition that they so richly deserve. This brick is for the Unknown Geezer! As you can probably tell, thousands of Geezer fans were not present for the ceremonies, and many more missed the parade, but that didn't deter the Old Geezers from carrying on in the true tradition of Geezer-dom. Anyone wishing to pay homage at The Old Geezer Commerative Brick, they can find it near the northeast end of the new beautification walk in downtown Shiner. If you have trouble finding the marker. simply stop in Home Plate and ask directions. The Old Geezers plan to repeat the ceremony annually, or every once in a while, somewhere around June first.
