Midway Store

Midway Store is as close to being a throwback to an old time general store as you are going to find around these parts. Located south of Shiner off State Highway 95 on FM Road . It is mainly a farm supply center but one side of the building is devoted to slaking the thirsts of weary travelers.

 . Straight dominoes is the game of choice. The store is open daily and shuts down early so make your visit is in the morning or afternoon and say hello to "Duke" Vrana. Fridays seems to be a good time to drop in.
